Our à la carte dining restaurant has won many awards and accolades
by all the major guides over its 33 year history....

The menu consists of classic and original recipes all using locally sourced
ingredients where possible. David Mooney Chef Patron says, "My inspiration for this was working with Raymond Blanc, where I learnt that the quality and
integrity of all ingredients are paramount."
